This more advanced course is designed for the practitioner of yoga who has some experience. You will learn more advanced postures and discover the deeper aspects of yoga. The classes will help to build strength and suppleness in order to progress to more difficult postures. We will end with deep relaxation to harmonise mind and body.

This series of eight classes is a must for everyone who needs a regular workout under the supervision of an expert teacher. It is highly recommended for those who have passed through our Eight-week Course in Hatha Yoga and for yoga enthusiasts who need the discipline of a regular workout.
