Personology (face reading) is the relationship between the facial structure and personality. It was first researched by Edward Jones, a judge, in the 1930’s and later by Robert Whiteside in the 1960's. Based on the feedback from the subjects studied it was found to be 92% accurate. The results are similar to the personality assessments available today. The major difference is that with face reading the personality is instantly recognizable and it is easy to apply. It provides you with another tool that helps you immediately understand the person you are working with. Personology is the most accurate face reading system used today.
