kinesiology: enjoy abundant energy and confidence

hareth al-tahan

Kinesiology—a user-friendly holistic method of diagnosis through muscle testing — is an amazing way of improving health on every level. So effective it can even seem like magic, the results of the simplest of techniques can be as quick as they are startling. During this practical workshop, kinesiologist Hareth Al-Tahan will teach some of the core techniques of this safe and powerful form of natural health care – sharing his inspired knowledge and understanding in such a way as to shed the mystique attached to this potent tool for better living.

• Learn a simple, powerful technique to reduce physical and emotional pain in minutes
• Discover a technique to test the power of organic food, and the potential harm of junk food
• Increase your self-confidence through “finger tapping”
• How do the electro-magnetic fields of microwaves, TVs, computers, and mobile phones affect us? Find out the answer and a practical solution
• Empower yourself with an enhanced understanding of the results of positive and negative thinking
• Learn a quick, easy, unobtrusive self-massage technique for energy whenever you feel depleted
• Correct aura imbalances
• Protect yourself from the negativity of others using traditional Chinese methods

Leave the workshop with an armoury of easy techniques to help and impress yourself, your family and friends!

Admission £50 (concessions £30)
