If you are a healer then you will probably want to become the best healer that you can be. In healing you draw on many different aspects of yourself. These faculties tend to develop naturally as you give more and more healing, but you can also go out of your way to enhance them in other ways. This workshop can help you to develop

• Your ability to channel healing energy
• Mental focus

The primary themes of this workshop will be mantra – a very potent system of mystical sounds – and yoga breathing, which is all about energy control.

You will learn

• A series of highly effective breathing exercises
• The three forms of mantra
• Mystical visualisation practices
• Positive affirmations to spiritualise your life

These will all be related to healing through touch, with particular reference to the King Technique, and over a distance. However many different types of therapists will find that this workshop will help them in their work.
