Indeed, energy visualisation is one of the great tools in our mental, psychic and spiritual armoury-and the further we want to go on the path of developing our latent powers, the more important it becomes. The ability to mentally control the energies of life-the pranas-is one of the secrets that can help us to achieve great things in whatever we undertake.

Some people find energy visualisation difficult all the time; everyone finds it easier at some times rather than others; and we can all make it much more powerful. When we do succeed in visualising energy really well, we enhance whatever we are doing many times over-the difference can be dramatic!
