Many of us put a lot of energy into rushing around doing things for others and finding ways to worry.  We hold on to problems that happened way back in the past, that serve no purpose today. Our lives are stressed beyond belief, and we wonder where all our energy went! Why do we do this to ourselves? Everyday stresses and strains take their toll, draining us of the energy to do anything life affirming.

The Boundless Energy workshop shows you how to say ‘Stop’ to all this. It shows you how to untangle the threads that have bound you to energy draining enterprises so that you can rediscover that boundless energy you were born with. Remember what it felt like to be a child and to literally have boundless energy? Wouldn’t it be wonderful to feel like that again? Welcoming in light energy, connecting with your higher self, rediscovering your energetic youthfulness–all these things and more are contained in this workshop.

Angela Elliott is a writer and hypnotherapist. She formerly wrote and produced TV documentaries and has worked on TV dramas and in film. Her first novel was published recently.
