Ian White, founder of the Australian Bush Flower Essences and fifth generation herbalist, will discuss the healing power of his remedies, which are made from native plants. He will include the newest research on achieving emotional well-being through them. There is a powerful correlation between emotion and disease. Ian's work has been influential in pioneering the idea of 'Medicine for the Emotions'. These remedies are used internationally by naturopaths, doctors, pharmacists and others. They are safe for anyone to use and prescribe.

This illustrated talk will address common conditions including arthritis, sleeping and digestive problems, poor memory and how they can be helped by the Bush Essences.

Ian is a graduate of NSW College of Natural Therapies, and has practised naturopathy for 27 years. He spent 20 years travelling Australia, researching and developing the 69 Australian Bush Essences. He has written four books and teaches in over 30 countries. He is teaching extensively in the UK and Ireland in April and May 2007.
