Finding true wisdom is rare - recognising it when you've found it is even rarer. But we all have within us a deep, often latent, intuitive faculty which enables us to distinguish the true from the false.

These messages were channelled through Dr George King (1919-1997) - a fascinating individual who led an extraordinary life. While in his mid-twenties, he decided to devote himself to the mystic science of yoga. He practised advanced breathing exercises, mantras and other techniques for an astonishing eight hours a day for ten years, at the same time as holding down a full-time job! This remarkable determination led him to develop a host of psychic and spiritual abilities, one of which was mediumship.

Dr John Holder, originally from a scientific background with a PhD in biochemistry, is Chairman of Mind Body Spirit Ltd. He worked with Dr King for many years and is an International Director of The Aetherius Society, the organisation founded by Dr King in the mid-fifties to make known, and act upon, messages of Cosmic Wisdom such as those you will be hearing tonight.
