It is a switch that signals our intent, and it creates a channel for energy to flow through to fulfil our aspirations. We may call it purpose. Having a purpose is one of the most important things that we can do in life. There have been millions of words written about this-many of them in the proliferation of books on life-coaching and positive thinking that fill the shelves of bookshops worldwide. Yet, for the most part they omit the most fundamental and subtle aspect of the power of purpose-its ability to affect the web of life in ways that are 'magical' in the truest sense of the word, to carry our mental intent to fulfilment. Tonight Steve will look at how what we intend affects what we achieve. What are the laws that we invoke? How can we work with them? What are the purposes not to have? How can we avoid inadvertently invoking a law of life in unintended ways? What changes should we make in our lives to make the most of this deeply-rooted principle? He will look at the findings of science and spiritual laws formulated by great thinkers in times long, long past to show how purpose can empower our lives. It's a fascinating and little-understood subject-and it affects us all, in ways we may have never considered. There's no time like now to change all that. Steve is an International Director of The Aetherius Society, an organisation founded by western Master of Yoga Dr George King specifically to deal with the challenges that humanity faces in these times.
