This retreat was highly successful when we ran it last August Bank Holiday, and we are delighted to be holding it again. This weekend will include personal instruction in mantra, mudra, deep breathing, visualisation, prayer and affirmation.

We will also take time to visit the beautiful Lakeland countryside to tune into the earth, nature and the nature spirits. We will visit local stone circles to tune into the vibrations of these old sites and to practise our skills in psychometry-the science of psychic touch.

The highlight of this weekend will be a pilgrimage to the Old Man of Coniston to send our love, prayers, healing and inspiration into our World.

This Lakeland Retreat runs from Thursday evening to Monday lunchtime. It takes place in the beautifully appointed Eden House, set in its picturesque 3.5-acre gardens, situated near Ulverston in the Southern Lake District.

This retreat offers outstanding value at only £350.00. This includes all meals - delicious and lovingly prepared - transport to local sites in a minibus and accommodation on a shared room basis.

Single-room bed and breakfast accomodation is available locally at very reasonable rates. If this option is chosen, there would be a reduction in the cost for the retreat to £280.

A close disciple of the late Dr. George King, a Western Master of Yoga, for over 25 years, Mervyn is in the rare position of being able to share some of Dr. King's unique experiences and teachings.
