There are few things more important than the power of imagination. Its effects are not just confined to our own brains, but they impact on the world around us and on other people. They impact powerfully on the subtle levels of our own minds, and extend outside of us to influence the minds of others-indeed, to a greater of lesser degree, the entire mental realms of our planet. So imagination, correctly used, is a truly creative faculty that can help us change our own lives and those of others.

This workshop will examine the use of creative visualisation for:

• health, self-improvement and protection
• contacting the subconscious and superconscious mind
• giving healing
• seeing the future - and changing it
• memory
• bringing about predetermined results

The principles of creative visualisation are simple, but need to be clearly understood in order to get the best results. How can you develop the power of visualisation? What gets in the way? How should you deal with negative imaginings? What visualisations are the most powerful, and why? Today you will learn how to use the natural power of creative visualisation in your own life, and in doing so empower your mind, body and spiritual life and become a person of greater power for good.

Steve and Vivien have studied visualisation and its practical application for over 25 years. They are both highly experienced workshop presenters. Vivien is the Centre's Educational Co-ordinator. Steve is an International Director of The Aetherius Society. Both were students of the late Dr George King, a Master of the use of visualisation in healing and spiritual work.
