Embark upon a journey to bring peace, understanding and harmony into your own life. Investigate ancient practices that promote self-healing and greater awareness - learn how to channel this power and light to heal the world both on a local and global level. Some of the spiritual practices taught at this retreat include mantra, mudra, prayer, affirmation, visualisation, power breathing, healing and self-protection techniques.

Ancient sites and natural areas will be visited so that all present can tune in to the natural world and develop a greater understanding of nature's messages and messengers. The highlight of this Retreat is a pilgrimage to a holy mountain, The Old Man of Coniston - a place of fantastic inspiration. (An alternative programme will be arranged for those unable to climb.)
