the magic of the red nose

The heartful clown bridges the mundane and the magical with a sense of wonder and innocence. The way of the clown encourages the freedom and joy to play with the world in imaginative ways. It gives you the grace to be authentic and the delight of connecting with others in a light-hearted way.

This energetic workshop offers an introduction to clowning in a way that is gentle, organic, and fun. You will explore physical and emotional expression, inspire your natural humour, and release your spontaneity. You will learn again the importance of play in your life.

You will discover the power of the red nose-the smallest mask in the world. The red nose encourages a heightened sensual awareness and allows you to enter a world of magic and beauty. Come, and experience the joy and poetry of your inner fool.

Admission £50 (concessions £30)

Richard is a director of Alternatives at St James's Piccadilly, a teacher of the Alexander Technique, and is passionate about dancing the Five Rhythms.www.foolsense.co.uk
