We all have life choices to make, and our future depends on how well we choose. Yet amazingly we are not taught how to decide on a course of action – we just have to learn as we go along.

And we are not taught how to understand the feelings and emotions that come at important times in life. We could have problems with a relationship, mental or physical health, money, work, career development, or just plain stress. While these are the bread and butter issues of psychological development, their resolution can only be fully successful if we see them from the standpoint of our spiritual evolution. Indeed, Bryan, who is a highly experienced professional counsellor, believes that conventional psychological therapy can actually inhibit spiritual evolution because it is based on a limited, and in some ways false, understanding of our true nature.

Tonight he will outline the main aspects which make up our human nature: the physical body and its subtle counterpart, including the chakras, feelings of many different types and on many different levels, the spirit and in particular, the mind. He will clarify the crucial relationships between them and discuss how our understanding of everyday problems can be illuminated by the spiritual truths of karma and reincarnation.

Having a metaphysical understanding of human nature can provide a clear basis for decision and action and Bryan will outline some strategies and techniques which can help you to break through major problems and so significantly enhance your spiritual development.
