Improve your health and well-being by using the self-healing method devised by the great spiritual pioneer Dr. George King more than forty years ago - a method which has enabled literally thousands of people to heal themselves.

Through simple visualisation techniques you will quickly be able to channel spiritual energy into yourself in such a way as to bring better health, balance, and clarity of thought. The energy is directed into each psychic centre (or chakra) in turn, and then into the specific area of discomfort (if there is one). Every healing session will end with a special technique for balancing energies in the aura - the psychic counterpart of the body.

You will also be taught methods of positive thinking with proven health benefits, power breathing for vitality, and basic principles of meditation for improving concentration and controlling stress.
