We all, to a greater or lesser extent, empathise-have a sense of what it is like to be in someone else's shoes - but some of us do it more than others. Empathy is always a good thing, but sometimes we need to control it. Learning to control and develop your empathy is what this workshop is about.

One person in twenty has a lifelong ability to directly experience what it is like to be other people. If you are one of them, your gift could be physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual or environmental, or a combination.

What all natural 'empaths' have in common is that they are always picking up other people's problems. The secret is to learn to control your power to empathise.

As the author of Empowered by Empathy, Rose is an expert on this subject. Today you will explore her understandings and techniques. This is not a psychological approach, but one that uses spiritually based techniques. This will be the first time that they have been taught in Europe.

You will learn how to turn off natural sensitivity to others, as well as amazing techniques to turn it on when you need to-more powerfully than ever before-for greater service to others, and more wisdom on your spiritual path.
