This workshop will introduce you to seven simple principles that can greatly enhance your mental power. Whenever you have a task to do, they can help you do it at the peak of your ability. If you have spiritual or mental practices that you find difficult or that do not work for you as well as you would like, then they can help you. In addition, they will give you a greater understanding of how the mind works, so that you can use this understanding to get the very best from it.

Your mind has immense potential that is just waiting to be tapped, but most of us use just a fraction of it. The people who have learnt to use more of the mind's inner resources and apply what they have learnt achieve remarkable things.

Scientific estimates put our use of the brain's capabilities at around five or ten percent. Yet, your mind is much more than just the brain, or any other aspect of the body. In some way unknown to science, our mind can reach out to the wider world, drawing in and sending out influences.

The seven secrets can be applied to almost anything that we undertake and using them can be the difference between success and failure. They can be worked on individually and quickly invoked as a sequence to empower any mental or spiritual practice, as well as to bring about change in your life.

Over that period he has discovered the tremendous power of the mind to access information and inspiration, to control the forces of nature to help and heal others and the mind's ability to grow and develop throughout life, limited only by the restrictions we impose on it. He has written extensively on metaphysics and the mind and is a director of The Inner Potential Centre.
