Kundalini breathing exercises

How to contact your higher self through yoga

The great power of kundalini can be stimulated by the right breathing exercises accompanied by intense concentration and visualisation.

Contained within the book Realise Your Inner Potential, and featured in the Realise DVD, is a series of Kundalini Breathing Exercises. There are six of these exercises, which together form a perfectly balanced, yet powerful sequence, designed to bring the power of kundalini up the spine to the higher chakras under conscious control and to be enable you to bring it down again to the base of the spine.

Dr. George King, who was a Western Master of Yoga, who had trained himself to be able to control the rise and fall of kundalini through exercises such as these, and who had entered the highest mystical state possible on Earth through raising kundalini into the crown chakra, formulated this wonderful series of exercises. He also devised a less advanced, but nonetheless very powerful, version of the same exercises; again these are contained in the book and DVD.
