Psychic & Healing Weekend with Richard Lawrence

International bestselling author and spiritual teacher Richard Lawrence is presenting an interactive, practical and fun Psychic & Healing Weekend in 2008 at the beautiful retreat centre of Oxon Hoath, situated in a picturesque setting in the Kent countryside.You will discover techniques to develop your psychic and spiritual abilities and send healing energy to those in need – in a balanced, carefully devised programme with compassion and service to others at its heart.
The weekend is inspired by The Nine Freedoms, a wonderful book containing channelled text and commentary by Richard’s own spiritual teacher, Dr George King (1919-1997). All attenders will be given a copy of this book, which is published by The Aetherius Society, the international spiritual organisation founded by Dr King in 1955. Richard will be assisted over the weekend by an experienced team from The Inner Potential Centre.
FRIDAY
The three steps to enlightenment (talk) Richard will explain in this fascinating introductory talk that the three steps on our spiritual journey to enlightenment are bravery, love and service to others. An essential part of this journey is to develop our psychic and healing powers.
SATURDAY
Step 1 – Overcoming your fears (workshop) Begin to dissolve your fears by learning to improve your karma, detach from your surroundings and practise positive thinking and affirmation.Step 2 – Contacting and radiating love energy (workshop) Discover the spiritual peace of universal love energy, the power of “blessing” and the joy of sacred mantra.
A healing afternoon Transmit healing energy by touch and over a distance, both to individuals and to the world as a whole, through visualisation and the wonderful, little-understood technique of dynamic prayer.Step 3 – Discovering the secret of service (talk) Karma and destiny shape the lives of all of us – by helping others we can change our karma and maximise our destiny in this and future lives.
Gods, Guides and Guardian Angels (talk based on Richard’s book of the same title; with PowerPoint illustrations) An insight into Richard’s own remarkable psychic experiences with higher beings, accompanied by his refreshingly down-to-earth explanations. He will also talk about the significance of the amazing cosmic contacts of Dr George King.SUNDAY
Concentration and contemplation (workshop) Enhance your concentration and begin to unlock your psychic powers through deep breathing and candle meditation.The power of intuition (workshop) Experience Richard’s own technique for getting answers direct from your intuition through visualisation, and use a crystal ball as a focus for deeper perception.
A psychic afternoon Try out telepathy and psychometry – the technique of touching an object and tuning in to its vibrations – and learn a technique for seeing an aura.Admission: £299 per person (full board)
